Austin J. Ganim

President & Landscape Designer

Seasonal Planter BluesAustin has been working in all aspects of the nursery business for as long as he can remember, growing up amidst the aisles of Ganim’s Garden Center. It was a natural transition for him to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather into the family business, making him the third generation to provide the greater Fairfield area with gardening and landscape services.

Upon receiving his degree in Horticulture from University of Connecticut Austin decided he would expand the garden center’s repertoire to include landscape design and installation services. With the inception of Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC in 2003 Austin’s new endeavour was off the ground and running. Over the course of the year he realized that many home owners did not have the time, knowledge or ability to properly maintain their investments, to better service his customers needs he acquired Lawn Care of Fairfield LLC the following year.
