Ganim's Garden Center & Florist, LLC proudly host its 14th annual Ladies Night which will be Thursday July 17th, 2025 from 5pm-8pm. Please complete the questions below. The information will be used to generate your vendor description in the program that is handed out to every attendee and vendors

Gift Basket item description: please list your donation below so we can have our basket drawing area setup ahead of time. This is a great way for the attendees to see your company name and information.

Agreement for the Ganims Ladies Night 2025 which will take place on Thursday July 17th, 2025 from 5pm-8pm.

This agreement will reserve you a space among the garden center for a fee of $50.00. A 6ft table and a folding chair will be provided per space (if needed).

A donated item for our raffle is appreciated, but not mandatory. Our basket drawing proceeds this year will be going to LivFree, who will also be in attendance at our event.

Vendors/crafters should bring their own table covering. Vendors/crafters agree to sell/demonstrate products agreed upon in this application, or risk being asked to leave without a refund.

Payment must be received to confirm vendor space. Vendor space is guaranteed only when signed agreement and payment are received by Merrilee Ganim DeFarias.

I understand that I can begin setting up at 3pm. I agree to be set-up and ready by 4:50pm or forfeit my space. I understand that all boxes and extra merchandise must be kept under the table, and out of sight.

If I am donating a raffle item, I have filled out the above information and will get it to Ganim's before or the day of the event.

Drawing winners will be pulled after the event is closed and will be called the next day during normal business hours.

I agree to clean up and pack up my area no earlier than 8pm. I am aware that doors open at 5pm and close at 8pm.

My payment is nonrefundable regardless of the reason. I am responsible for all sales tax. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner appropriate to the event. Ganim's Garden Center and Florist will limit the number of vendors with similar products to ensure success to all vendors.

Advertisement of the Ladies Night will be taken care of by Ganim’s Garden Center and Florist through banners, social media and email blasts. We ask that you share them to help our event be successful for all.
